If you’re a fan of Japanese food, then you don’t want to miss out on this. Umai SushiKan is debuting its “Unlimited Premium Japanese Feast” to Hong Kong customers. That’s right — whether it’s unlimited sushi, sashimi, skewers, or even main dishes, this menu is a must for Japanese food lovers.
Starting from just HK$488, diners can enjoy unlimited Japanese food for two hours. This includes sushi, sashimi, rolls, tempura, skewers, fried foods, rice bowls, and more. At the starting tier, customers can enjoy up to 66 items. This goes up to a whopping 125 items for the top tier.
Diners can choose from three tiers to enjoy unlimited sushi, sashimi, skewers, and more. Each tier uses omakase-quality ingredients, with higher tiers featuring more premium ingredients. No matter which tier guests choose, all of them include a range of starters, sashimi, nigiri sushi, sushi rolls, tempura, hot dishes, fried items, skewers, and mains.
The Toyosu Selection Menu (HK$488/person) comes with a platter of three seasonal sashimi flown in from Japan. Recommended items from this tier include the bluefin tuna sushi, eel sushi, and California roll. Of course, the grilled skewers, tempura, and mains are also not to be missed.
In the next tier, the Toyosu Special Menu (HK$688/person), guests can enjoy a wider range of items with up to 94 choices. This includes more premium options for sushi and sashimi as well as signatures like the Japanese Baked Oyster, Monkfish Liver with Pomelo Vinegar, and Japanese Boiled Abalone. Those who opt for this tier can also enjoy the platter of three seasonal sashimi.
Last but not least, the Toyosu Supreme Menu (HK$888/person) is the highlight of the “Unlimited Premium Japanese Feast” at Umai SushiKan. Aside from a platter of five seasonal sashimi, diners can enjoy a wider range of premium choices in each category. Hokkaido fresh oysters (only available in August and September) and other oyster varieties are also available according to the season. This top tier is also the only one to include Kagoshima A5 Wagyu beef sashimi, skewers, sukiyaki, and shabu-shabu.
Sea urchin lovers can also enjoy all-you-can-eat A-Grade sea urchin gunkan sushi for an additional HK$200. Whether it’s white sea urchin, red sea urchin, or yellow sea urchin, guests can enjoy the whole range with this add-on. The offer is tentatively scheduled from now until September 30 depending on availability. Only guests enjoying the Toyosu Supreme Menu can experience this add-on.
Additionally, every group of four enjoying the Toyosu Supreme Menu can receive a complimentary plate of Australian abalone shabu-shabu. Customers will have to reserve their seats in advance to get this offer while stocks last until October 31.
From now until October 31, diners can also waive the 10% service charge. All they have to do is follow the social media pages of Umai SushiKan and post a picture of their “Unlimited Premium Japanese Feast” experience. This deal can be used in conjunction with other offers.
