Developer Treyarch, known for its work on previous Black Ops titles, is once again at the helm, and they are promising a “dark new chapter” in the franchise’s history. This is further proof that Microsoft is doing its best to attract gamers to its subscription service. It remains to be seen how Sony reacts to this announcement, given they have expressed concerns that this is exactly what Microsoft would do once they acquire Activision Blizzard.
