The iPad Pro and the Apple Pencil Pro have been revealed in Apple’s latest keynote—and the people have taken to the Platform Formerly Known as Twitter to make their reactions known.
The most recent keynote from Apple revealed a slew of exciting things, from the brand new Apple Pencil Pro and two new iPads, the latest versions of the iPad Air and iPad Pro. The latter makes the jump from the M2 to the M4 Chip and has become significantly thinner. On top of that, this brand new iPad Pro sports an OLED display, the first time ever for an iPad. On top of the new pencil, the San Cupertino-based company also introduced a brand new Magic Keyboard.
Like every keynote Apple does, people have taken to the interwebs to voice out their opinions. Some have marvelled at the latest devices and Apple’s ability to deliver keynotes that are entertaining to watch. Meanwhile, others are sceptical about the new iPad Pro and have some criticisms.
The best iPad Pro reactions on Twitter (or X)
Apple’s keynote fleshed out what the brand new iPad Pro was capable of now that it had the M4. One noteworthy feature is the Final Cut Camera, which turns the iPad into a live monitor of multiple iPhone shots. There are plenty of impressive things about the new iPad Pro, and users on the internet seem to gravitate towards the fact that it’s thin and ridiculously lightweight.
Others weren’t just impressed with the devices but the keynote itself. From the writing to the animation, there were users who weren’t just informed but entertained by the entire presentation. Unsurprisingly, many were also ready to shell out the cash there and then. After all, pre-orders have already begun, though there are no details yet for the local release here in Hong Kong.

But there are some naysayers and critics—and not all of them are just hating for no good reason. One user pointed out that the price tag for the iPad Pro is ridiculous and that it may be better to invest in another Apple device that’s only slightly more expensive.

Apple just loves to casually remind you in their events that they have the most talented artists in the world under their employment and there’s absolutely nothing you can do about it https://t.co/lVrcPiyo7I
